Absolutely! Our period swimwear is designed to provide leak-proof protection both in and out of the water.
An absorbent inner layer absorbs menstrual blood, while a waterproof interlining keeps pool or seawater out and the blood in.
The fit is crucial: the swimwear must be snug around the leg openings against the body, so that the leak-proof gusset can do its job when getting in and out of the water.
Because the absorbent layer is thin and does not absorb water, the swimwear does not swell up and it is not visible from the outside that it is anything other than regular swimwear.
