30-day return guarantee
Every customer has the right to return their item to our return address within 30 days.
Please note: Due to the nature of our products and to ensure hygiene, underwear and swimwear (in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code) cannot be returned if the packaging seal has been broken.
Our period underwear are personal hygiene products that come into direct contact with the body. We understand that it is essential for our customers to know that the underwear is new, unused, and hygienic. Therefore, all our underwear are carefully packaged.
Eco-friendly exchange
For your first order, you can exchange the underwear once for a different size, even if the seal has been opened.
This exchange option only applies to items from the first purchase and does not entitle you to a refund. Through our eco-friendly fit guarantee, you exchange with respect for the planet.
You can use the eco-friendly fit guarantee at the cost of new CO2-neutral shipping for the replacement sizes.
What must the customer do for a refund?
To return your item, you must first inform us of your decision by sending an email to iris@maysaperiodwear.nl. We may then ask you to send the item to our return center at your own expense:

Please note: Do not return any items without contacting us first. We will then provide you with return instructions. Purchases returned without prior consultation may be refused because they cannot be processed correctly at our center.
Please note: If your package cannot be delivered, it will be taken to a pickup point. If you do not pick it up there, we will unfortunately have to charge the return costs. Once the package is back with us, your order will be cancelled. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.
Who bears the costs?
The buyer bears the costs for returning the goods.
What happens if I receive a clearly defective item?
If you receive a defective item, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.
When can the customer expect a refund?
A refund will be issued within 1 day of the return's arrival, in the form of a refund to the originally chosen payment method.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled before delivery.

I have placed multiple orders. Can I return them in one package?
If you have placed multiple orders that we delivered in separate packages, unfortunately, these cannot be returned in one package. Our warehouse processes many orders daily, and to ensure proper handling of returns, it is important that they are sent back separately.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
