As with exchanges, the first step to successfully returning goods is to register the request in the form on the website (Return and exchange of goods). We will confirm the registration of the request by email and send you further details. You then need to send the goods back to our warehouse (to the address in the confirmation email). You can also extend the life of the absorbent layer if you spin it at a lower speed (800-1000 revolutions per minute) and gently squeeze the remaining water out of the absorbent layer when washing it by hand.

We advise against using a tumble dryer, as the high temperature causes the material of the underwear to wear out more quickly. The best way to maintain the quality of the material is to air dry the underwear.

The best way to keep the underwear looking good for a long time is to wash it in a mild detergent (e.g., for delicate or functional laundry), both in gel and powder form. The liquid gel is usually more effective as it penetrates the fibers better and thoroughly removes impurities. Just be careful not to use fabric softener, as this can reduce absorbency. Some customers also use a laundry disinfectant for a greater feeling of cleanliness.
