Fit Guarantee – Your perfect size, worry-free
When shopping online, it can be tricky to choose the right size. We understand that! And during your period, comfortable and well-fitting underwear is extra important. That's why we offer our Fit Guarantee with your first order.

How does the Fit Guarantee work?
Unsure about the size? No problem! With your first purchase, you can try on the underwear.
Still not the right size? You have up to 7 days after receipt to notify us and make use of the Fit Guarantee.
You can exchange your underwear once for a different size, even if the seal has been broken. We're happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Who is the Fit Guarantee for?
For all first purchases – You can use the fit guarantee with your very first order with us.

How do you exchange it?
Send an email to iris@maysaperiodwear.nl within 7 days of receipt and indicate which size you need. Our customer service team will arrange it for you immediately.

Products provided under the Fit Guarantee are delivered free of charge – you only pay the shipping costs. Therefore, no refund will reasonably be issued when returning these products, as no costs were charged for them.

What do I pay?
For the Fit Guarantee, you pay a one-time fee of €4.95. This covers the shipping costs for the exchange.
